My only complaint is that the company did not email me to say my order had shipped. So I was wondering if I had just paid for something I wouldn't receive. Actually, I was pleasantly surprised that my order arrived in only a few days. I ordered it on Monday and it arrived that Thursday.

in love..bundles really are full and the hair is so soft..delivery was fast..I ordered Sunday night got my hair Wednesday morning. I colored bundles black and let airdry.. definitely will be buying again..I ordered 18" 20" &22"
